Custom DTF Transfer 24X24 Sheet

• The customer provides the design file ready to print
• The design file should be in PNG format
  
• The resolution should be 300 DPI (Dots per inch)
• The DTF transfer size is 24"X24" (23"X23")
• Ensure there is a minimum of 0.50" margins on all sides of the design. This means that the maximum design area for your artwork is 23"X23". Please do not exceed this size.
• Gang sheets okay
• Original designs only or designs you have the right to print
• Make sure to have a transparent background. Only put white background if you really want the design to have a white background.

Best Practice

• If you want to blend the design with the color of the fabric you will be printing on, it would be best to leave some design background transparent. This way, the main component of the design is what is printed while the fabric becomes the background that completes the way the design looks.
• Our DTF printer is very sensitive and it will print everything it sees on the design that may not be seen by the naked eye at first glance. Please make sure that your design does not have any dirty parts.
• The DTF printing software does not print a white under base on any gradient color or background. This results in a low-quality print because of the missing white under base. This also results in the adhesive powder not adhering to the gradient color area. Therefore, it is best to avoid gradient color or background in your design.

Pressing Recipe

• Temperature: 330F
• Time: 15 seconds
• Pressure: Medium/Heavy

Pressing Instructions

• Pre-press the fabric for 10 seconds to remove the moisture
• Place the DTF Transfer on the fabric then use a Teflon sheet on top and press for 15 seconds
• Remove the fabric from the heat press and wait for the DTF Transfer to cool down
• Cold Peel
• Place the fabric back onto the heat-press, use a Teflon sheet on top, and press for 10 seconds
• Done!

• We have the right to cancel any order that has copyrighted art or trademarked names/logos

• There might be some out of gamut colors. A specific one is Cyan/Aqua color.
• If your design exceeds the maximum allowed size, we will resize it to 23"X23"
• Designs will be printed as is
• All sales are final
